Dan M. Kahan is the Elizabeth K. Dollard Professor of Law at Yale Law School. He has studied such issues as gun control, the risks of nanotechnology, gay parenting, “acquaintance rape,” criminal law and evidence, and white males. He served as a law clerk to Justice Thurgood Marshall, of the U.S. Supreme Court from 1990-1991.
